Mike is the Vice President of Human Resources at Ensem Therapeutics where he brings over 25 years of business and Human Resources experience in technology and life sciences. Mike has experience across the multiple disciplines of Human Resources including talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, compensation and benefits that will help ENSEM continue to grow, attracting and retaining the best people. Mike’s focus at ENSEM is leading all people programs and cultivating an outstanding culture focused on employees.

Before joining ENSEM, Mike was the Head of Human Resources for Nexcelom Bioscience, LLC. where he created the Human Resource function and helped scale the business resulting in a successful sale to PerkinElmer in June of 2021. Mike received his undergraduate degree in business from Providence College and his MBA from Bentley University.
