Janaki is a medical oncologist with over 10 years of experience in clinical research.  Prior to joining Ensem she was an Executive Medical Director at Arvinas, where she held roles of increasing responsibility working on early and late stage programs.  She served as the Clinical Lead for the Androgen Receptor and Estrogen Receptor Degrader Programs and made significant contributions to the collaboration transactions on ARV-766 and vepdegestrant.

Prior to Arvinas, Janaki was a Medical Director in Early Clinical Development at Bristol-Myers-Squibb, working on immune-oncology assets in solid tumors.

She earned her M.D. from Columbia University, completed her internal medicine residency at Northwell Health, and completed her fellowship in Hematology & Oncology at Yale University.
