Lancy leads China Clinical Operations at Ensem Therapeutics, bringing nearly 16 years of industry experience across top-tier multinational pharmaceutical companies, global CROs, and biotech innovators, including Merck, IQVIA, Eli Lilly, Bayer, GSK, and Regor.

Prior to joining ENSEM, Lancy was Director of Clinical Operations at Regor Pharmaceuticals, overseeing delivery of the company’s Phase I and II oncology and metabolic disease studies in China and the US, including CRO and vendor management, site relationships, and regulatory submission strategy (HGRAC). She previously held roles of increasing responsibility at Merck, IQVIA, and Eli Lilly, managing site relationships, CRO oversight, and study execution for global development programs in China, and began her career as a Clinical Research Associate at Bayer and GSK.

Lancy brings over twelve years of combined project management and people management expertise, with a therapeutic focus spanning oncology, respiratory, metabolism, cardiovascular disease, and gynecology. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine from Hebei Medical University, China.
