Lori leads Clinical Operations at ENSEM Therapeutics, overseeing the execution of global clinical trials and enabling the efficient advancement of the company’s pipeline. She brings over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device clinical research, with deep expertise in oncology and immuno-oncology.

Prior to joining Ensem, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Bristol-Myers-Squibb, EMD Serono, and most recently Arvinas. She brings deep expertise in leading teams across all phases of development (I–IV) and in shaping and executing clinical operations strategies.

Lori holds an M.S. in Biotechnology from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Biology from Elms College.
